They sound alot like The Arctic Monkeys, mainly because The Arctic Monkeys copied them. Milburn were the original Indie band from the north of England. One show they asked The Arctic Monkeys to join them on tour which propelled The Arctic Monkeys to fame. Milburn were eventually picked up by a label but were slaughtered in the music press for 'copying' The Arctic Monkeys which wasn't the case. |
